Friedrich: Trek 930 singletrack steel

Friedrich (so named cuz he's a Trek like Karl... you get it, yes?) was a bargain at only €150, found on Facebook Marketplace. I bought him cuz he's cool and green, but also cuz I was getting rid of Ziggy, my full suspension Giant, whom I wasn't riding enough and the hydraulic brakes kept seizing. I won't lie, I don't ride Friedrich very often cuz boy he's heavy, but he's still pretty fun to ride. That said, replacing his components is not that easy with how old it is. I vaguely remember that I had also intended to use him as a "bike mechanic practice bike", but somehow that never happens! I don't really enjoy tinkering with bikes, I prefer them to just work.
